He had the home photographed and recorded a virtual tour, both of which are absolutely necessary these days to sell a house. The pictures were very professional. We had four different showings within the first week and a half of being listed. We received two offers exactly two weeks from the date that the home was first listed! Ray kept us informed the entire time. We were really amazed at how quickly and smoothly the whole process went. Should we ever sell another home in the Columbia area, we will definitely use Ray's expertise again!
