About Susan

I have been in the real estate business since 2005 when I launched my real estate career after teaching elementary school for 28 years. I started with Weichert Realtors/Ray Covington, Inc. in 2005 and have been able to work with many facets of the real estate industry, both residential and commercial.

I love giving my clients the personalized attention they deserve throughout the entire transaction process, as well as beyond. Communication is my number one strength as well as my attention to detail. We become like family as we walk through the process together.

My experience around the Midlands is extensive, as I grew up in Cayce, taught school in the Irmo area, and now live in the Forest Acres area of town. My husband is a pastor and we have a wonderful church located in Northeast Columbia and Forest Acres. We have four amazing sons and now our first precious granddaughter!
