Hello from Anita Smith in sunny South Carolina! There is so much to see and do here from beautiful Lake Murray, our 3 gorgeous rivers to our extensive sports, arts and entertainment. The Columbia Metro area is centrally located in the state and only a 2 hours’ drive from the beach and 2 hours from the mountains. Our famous quote is "South Carolinians can have breakfast at the beach and dinner in the mountains". What brought me to Columbia was the restaurant that my husband and I previously owned for 20 years near the Harbison area of Columbia before selling it to a national pizza chain, and we currently own a shopping center also near the Harbison area where my husband now owns a contracted USPS location. I have 2 children who have graduated from the University of SC, and one that continued on to pursue her medical degree from MUSC in Charleston, SC. I have relatives from the mountains to the coast of South Carolina and am very familiar with our beautiful state. I truly believe there is no finer state than ours.

I have been in the real estate business since 2004 and enjoy working with the first-time home buyer to the seasoned home buyer. I have experience with new homes, resale, HUD/foreclosed homes, land and commercial property.
